Visit of the representative of the European Commission at the INF ARMY Project Office

Between November 28-30, 2022, we had the pleasure of hosting Mrs. Edyta Owadowska, the project monitor for INF ARMY on behalf of the European Commission, at the Project Office.

The purpose of the visit was not only to check the progress of the project, but also to get to know the entire team and provide support in areas that are new to us. An important part of the meeting was also the on-site reconnaissance - presenting one of the Natura 2000 areas covered by our project (PLH120014: Błędowska Desert).

Summary of the project presented to the EC monitor:

✔️ We have employed the INF ARMY team, including specialists, a nature consultant, a lawyer, a public procurement specialist, an accountant, and an IT specialist (T.1.1)

✔️ We are completing the establishment of the Project Office - we have purchased computers with software, a multifunctional device, coffee machines, and a refrigerator (T.1.5)

✔️ We have established the Steering Committee - we plan the first meeting (T.1.2)

✔️ We are conducting market research necessary to start the creation of the Information-Training Center (T.2.5)

✔️ We are promoting the project - creating a website, and operating on social media (T.3.1)

Mrs. Owadowska, we thank you for your productive visit, help, and all the guidance provided. Thanks to this, the project implementation will run even more smoothly.
