The task includes the standard control procedures required by the Life program. An external audit will be appointed by the Beneficiary. It will verify the final financial report submitted to the European Commission. The external auditor will check the compliance of the costs incurred under the project with the national law and accounting principles. The auditor certifies that all costs incurred are in accordance with the grant agreement. The auditor will also check whether the project financing sources do not come from other EU financial instruments.

The Financial Audit will be performed after the project has been completed.

The Audit Report will be attached to the Final Report.
