The initiative will involve organizing a concluding conference for the project (3rd quarter of 2024). During the 2-day conference, the outcomes achieved through the project's execution will be presented. All stakeholders who contributed to the project's implementation will be invited (military personnel representatives, nature conservation authorities including local Regional Directorates for Environmental Protection, General Directorates for Environmental Protection, local government representatives, and journalists).

The conference will serve as a platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences regarding information systems supporting nature conservation in Poland and European Union countries. As part of the project's concluding conference, aside from the plenary session, workshop sessions focusing on various project aspects and panels dedicated to discussing, evaluating, and summarizing the project are planned.

The conference will be conducted in two languages (Polish and English), with simultaneous translation provided.

 The conference will ensure project promotion and the dissemination of achieved outcomes.
