In order to ensure the project's compliance with KPI (Key Performance Indicator) objectives, key performance indicators were reported in 2023 and will be reported at the end of 2024. These indicators serve to verify and assess whether and to what extent the project's goals or plans are achieved.

 

The main effectiveness indicators of the project are as follows:

 

  • Promotion of project activities through the creation and maintenance of the project website. The planned number of website visits: 5000 annually.
  • Establishment and provision of an informational portal for users. The planned number of portal visits: 2500 annually.
  • Development and publication of a guide containing nature-related information and information about project implementation. Planned publication of 1 guide in 1000 copies.
  • Promotion of the project through the production of television documentaries and the publication of articles in specialist press. The plan includes the broadcast of 1 documentary and 2 articles in the press.
  • Establishment of lasting regional partnerships between the Ministry of National Defense and regional institutions involved in nature conservation.
  • Exchange of experiences and dissemination of project results with other Life projects in the country and abroad through the promotion of project activities at foreign conferences and meetings.
  • Strengthening personnel capabilities through the organization of a series of training sessions and workshops. Planned training for 750 people.
  • Development and publication of the Laika Report in a quantity of 500 copies.
