Based on the decision note of the Minister of National Defense no. 7775/DI/22 dated August 8, 2022, an organizational unit and a dedicated team responsible for project implementation were established within the Regional Infrastructure Directorate in Kraków. The team operates from September 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024.

Team Composition:

1. Staff employed at RZI Kraków:
   • Project Manager (full-time).
   • Project Implementation Specialists (3 full-time positions).
   • Independent Accountant (part-time, 0.5 FTE).

2. Specialists contracted on a freelance basis:
   • Consultant for environmental matters.
   • Legal advisor.
   • Public procurement specialist.
   • IT specialist.
   • Promotion specialist (hired for 6 months and additionally during the final conference).
