The project office was established in designated premises located within the Regional Infrastructure Directorate in Kraków, at the military complex on Mogilska Street 85. The preparation of the office space, including the arrangement of furniture and installation of necessary equipment, was carried out independently by RZI Kraków.

Procurement of Equipment and Supplies
As part of the project implementation, key office equipment was purchased, including:

• 5 laptops with essential software (MS Office Home & Business suite and antivirus software),
• One multifunctional laser printer (color, A3 format),
• TOYOTA COROLLA CROSS vehicle, delivered on March 31, 2023. The vehicle is exclusively used for purposes related to the implementation of the LIFE21-GIE-PL-INF-ARMY project. Its use complies with the regulations of RZI Kraków.

The actions taken to establish and equip the project office, along with the procurement of necessary equipment, ensure efficient execution of project tasks and provide full logistical support to the project team’s activities.
